1. Overview

Enterprise Operational Systems (SMC-Private) Limited, also referred to as EnterpriseOS, EOS, "we," "us," or "our," respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect through this website and business communications, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your information.

2. Information You Provide

You may provide personal information when you contact us by email, phone, LinkedIn, or the website contact form. This may include your name, work email, phone number, company name, job title, inquiry details, and any information you choose to include in your message.

If you later become a client or prospective client in an active sales or consulting process, we may also collect business information needed to evaluate or perform the work, such as stakeholder names, role information, operational documents, process notes, software requirements, organizational context, commercial assumptions, project feedback, and correspondence.

3. How the Contact Form Works

The current website contact form opens your email client and prepares an email to qaziraza.rq@gmail.com. The website itself does not currently store form submissions in a database. Once you send an email, your message is handled through your email provider and our email account.

4. Information Collected Automatically

This static website does not currently use first-party analytics or account tracking. However, when you visit the site, your browser may make requests to our hosting provider and to third-party asset providers used by the site. Those providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and timestamps according to their own practices.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information you provide to:

  • Respond to inquiries and business requests
  • Assess whether our services are a fit for your organization
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, or engagement discussions
  • Maintain business records and correspondence
  • Improve our website, services, messaging, and client experience
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or security obligations

6. Legal or Business Grounds for Use

Depending on the context, we may process information because you asked us to respond, to take steps before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, to protect legitimate business interests, to maintain records, to prevent misuse, or because you gave consent where consent is appropriate.

7. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers or professional advisers where necessary to operate the business, respond to your inquiry, host or secure the website, manage email, prepare proposals, or comply with legal obligations.

Examples may include email providers, website hosting providers, document storage tools, CRM or project management systems, accountants, lawyers, technical contractors, and other professional service providers who support our business.

8. Client and Project Information

During consulting discussions or engagements, clients may share operational, financial, workforce, software, training, commercial, or strategic information. Handling of confidential client materials should be governed by the applicable proposal, contract, statement of work, or non-disclosure agreement.

9. International Communications

If you contact us from outside Pakistan, your information may be transferred to and handled in Pakistan or in countries where our email, hosting, or business service providers operate.

10. Data Retention

We keep business inquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose of the communication, relationship management, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

If an inquiry does not become an engagement, we may still retain the communication for a reasonable period in case of follow-up, internal tracking, legal protection, or business recordkeeping. You may ask us to delete or restrict information, subject to obligations we may have to retain it.

11. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information you have provided to us, subject to legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

If you receive direct business communications from us and no longer want to receive them, you may ask us to stop. We may still send necessary administrative, legal, or transactional communications where appropriate.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect business communications. No website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure.

You should avoid sending highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information through the public contact form unless we have agreed on an appropriate secure method for sharing it.

13. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

14. Future Tools and Analytics

If we add analytics, embedded forms, CRM tracking, newsletter tools, chat widgets, scheduling tools, or advertising pixels, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy to reflect those changes.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, hosting, analytics, forms, or business processes change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
